Greet and handle inquiries and appointments via the telephone in a professional and timely manner. Enter accurate demographic and insurance information for each patient. Meet current departmental productivity requirements.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent with 1 year customer service exp. in a medical or healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology. BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED
