CCHN has received a grant award of $90,000 from Kaiser Permanente for Core Support for Clinics Consortia!

The project has two goals: 1) to increase information technology (IT) capacity of participating clinics, and 2) to increase quality improvement (QI) capacity of participating clinics.
Goal 1: Increase information technology capacity of participating clinics.
· Provide IT consulting services to community health centers.
· Conduct User Group meetings among community health center staff.
· Facilitate communication and information sharing with clinics regarding IT projects, services, and needs.
Goal 2: Increase quality improvement capacity of participating clinics.
· Increase knowledge of QI topics for community health center clinicians through participation in KPsponsored IHI conferences
· Disseminate information to clinic staff on educational materials available through KP Regional Health Education Department
· Disseminate information to clinicians on local KP-sponsored trainings, conferences, and other educational opportunities
